Production process of dip molding hanger

Step 1: Feed the wire into the hanger molding machine (CNC hanger molding machine or metal twist molding machine is available) through the servo motor, and the hanger is formed.
Step 2: Arrange the hanger neatly and send it to high temperature furnace for heating.
Step 3: Send the heated hanger into the conveyor belt and dip it into the plasticizing powder.
Step 4: Arrange the hangers neatly and send them into the high temperature oven to bake again.
Step 5: Send the baked hangers into the low-temperature oven for cooling down and recycling the plasticizing powder.
Step 6: Take down the hangers and arrange them neatly for packing.
