Firstly, you need to put the treated hangers into a high temperature oven to preheat the hangers, the function of which is to heat the hangers to a temperature above the melting point of the dip moulding powder, so that the dip moulding powder is wrapped around the hangers and softened by the heat.
Secondly, the preheated hangers are put into the conveyor belt filled with dip moulding powder, which makes the hangers in full contact with the dip moulding powder by the action of the blower, so that the dip moulding powder close to the hangers will be melted into liquid and adhered to the hangers.
Next, the coat hangers, coated in plastic dip powder, are then shaken off by vibration to remove the excess dip powder, which is then collected on a pole.
In addition, the coat racks dipped in plastic dipping powder are again sent to the high temperature oven for high temperature baking and plasticising, the function of which is to make the surface of the coat racks do a soft and even levelling.
Finally, the quality of the hanger will be checked manually, and the defective products with scratches and damages will be picked out for the second baking and plasticising.
