When the rotary vibrating screen is in normal operation, due to the various characteristics and shapes of the materials, various forms of screen hole blockage will occur. The main reasons for blockage are as follows:
1. Contains a large number of particles close to the separation point;
2. The moisture content of the material is high;
3. Spherical particles or materials with multiple contact points to the sieve holes;
4. Static electricity will occur;
5. The material is fibrous;
6. There are many flaky particles;
7. The woven screen wire is thick;
8. For thicker screens such as rubber screens, the hole shape design is unreasonable, and the upper part is not small and the lower part is large, so that the particles are stuck. Because most of the material particles to be screened are irregular, there are various reasons for clogging.
