Adjustment Method Of The Upper And Lower Weights Of The Rotary Vibrating Screen

1. Changing the phase angle of the upper and lower weights can change the trajectory and residence time of materials on the screen. In order to make the sieve machine adapt to the separation state required by various materials, such as the distribution of materials, processing capacity, separation efficiency, screen passing rate and other changes, it should be adjusted to the best state.
2. The angle of the upper hammer of the rotary vibrating screen cannot be adjusted. Open the adjustment hole of the bottom bucket, loosen the fixing bolt of the lower hammer, and adjust the phase angle of the upper and lower hammers in the opposite direction to the discharge port according to the track of the material to be screened. Then put a small amount of material on the screen, make the screen machine run, and check the movement track of the material on the screen surface. If the processing parameters have reached the best effect, stop the machine and tighten the fixing bolts, and the adjustment is over (remember to tighten the fixing bolts) .
Note: Sometimes due to the influence of parameters such as material specific gravity, humidity, stacking inclination angle, etc., it is impossible to adjust the phase angle successfully at one time, so the user should have sufficient patience to make adjustments to make the screen machine play its due high efficiency.
3. Adjustment of additional weight. An additional weight is installed on the upper and lower sides of the hammer. Its function is to increase the exciting force of the screen machine. According to the number of layers of the user's screen machine and the specific gravity of the material, the exciting force can be increased or decreased, and the number of additional weights can be increased or decreased. It can make the sieve machine achieve the best sieving effect.
