Grading Screen Structure

The grading screen is composed of screen box, vibrating motor, spring and other components.
1. Screen box
It consists of a screen frame and a woven screen.
(1) The screen frame is a metal structural part. It is mainly composed of side panels, motor beams, pipe beams, support beams, etc. The pipe beam and the longitudinal support beam form a load-bearing truss, which is used to bear the load of the screen and materials.
(2) Screen surface: it is a square hole screen mesh woven with round steel.
2. Vibration motor
The VBB series flameproof vibrating motor used in the screen machine can operate safely in a dangerous explosive environment like coal dust. Its exciting force can be adjusted steplessly within the adjustment range (0~70%).
3. Spring
The spring is used to bear the weight of the vibrating part of the screen machine.
