1. Check before running the vibrating screen:
Including equipment sanitation, connecting bolts of all parts are complete, fastened and in good condition, check whether the exciter is in good condition, check whether the springs are damaged, missing, broken, etc. No damage, check whether the sieve plate is blocked by debris, the sieve surface should be flat and free of damage or looseness, check whether the feeding and discharging chute is unblocked, check whether the beam is open and welded, check whether the safety protection device is safe and reliable, check the control box, communication, Whether the lighting is in good condition, whether the grounding protection is reliable, and whether the control buttons are flexible and reliable.
2. At startup:
After turning on the vibrating screen, stand beside the control box to monitor the start of the equipment and stop immediately if any abnormalities are found. After starting normally, inspect the nozzles of each vibrating screen again for blockage or falling off, often observe the temperature and sound of the motor, often observe the sound of the exciter, and observe the vibration of the screen to see if the amplitude of the four corners is consistent and whether there is coal leakage. Loose or falling off, often observe the effect of dehydration and mediation. Check whether the material in and out of the sieve is normal and whether it is blocked.
3. Downtime:
After the materials on the sieve are discharged, the machine can be stopped. When parking, observe whether the sieve collides with other equipment when it passes the resonance point. When the following conditions are found, it must be stopped immediately. When personal safety or equipment safety is endangered, there are many sundries in the screen area, and when the material is not discharged smoothly, the screen is broken in a large area, the chute under the screen is seriously blocked, the screen box is seriously swinging and other abnormal situations. After the problem is eliminated, the vibrating screen can be restarted to run.
