According to the specific gravity of the material to be screened by the customer and the selected Depending on the number of vibrating sieve layers, appropriately increase or decrease the exciting force and adjust the number of additional weights. Secondly, the phase angle of the upper and lower weights of the vibrating motor can be changed, thus changing the residence time and trajectory of materials on the vibrating screen.
Furthermore, the bottom cylinder of the vibrating screen can be opened, the fixing bolt of the lower weight can be loosened, and the phase angle of the upper and lower weights can be adjusted to the opposite direction of the discharge port of the vibrating screen according to the movement track of the material screened by the vibrating screen. Then put some material on the vibrating screen first, let the vibrating screen run with electricity, and see the trajectory of the material on the screen. If the material separation efficiency, screen penetration rate, processing capacity, and material distribution on the screen surface are relatively uniform, you can stop the machine and tighten the fixing bolts.
