Grading Screen Cleaning Precautions

1. When the grading sieve is blocked, the grading sieve should be cleaned in time.
2. Open the upper cover bolts of the grading sieve, lift the upper cover and remove it, clean the inside of the grading sieve with water, and take out the pulp lumps and pulp residues. If the purpose of cleaning cannot be achieved, the screen drum needs to be disassembled.
3. To disassemble the sieve drum, use the hoisting tool of the sieve drum to fix it on the upper sieve drum, use the top wire to push out the upper sieve drum, and then use the hand chain hoist to hoist the upper sieve drum, the hoisting tool and the upper drum sieve are hoisted out together, and the lower The sieve drum is lifted out in the same way, and then further cleaned.
4. After cleaning, put the sieve drums in order, then put the upper cover on, and tighten with bolts.
