Grading Screen Maintenance Precautions

1. Regularly check the wear of the sieve holes (seams) of the sieve drum, and replace the sieve drum in time.
2. Regularly check the wear of the graphite moving ring and static ring of the mechanical seal and replace it in time.
3. Frequently check that the pressure of sealing water and flushing water should be 0.1-0.2MPa higher than the pressure of incoming slurry, otherwise stop the machine.
4. Regularly replenish grease from the oil injection hole.
