Operating Instructions For Grading Screen Test Run

1. Before starting the machine for the first time, the pipeline should be thoroughly cleaned. After cleaning, open the upper cover of the pressure screen to remove the impurities entering the grading sieve, close the upper cover, and turn the belt pulley of the grading sieve several times by hand to ensure that there is no abnormality.
2. Open the valves of the inlet and outlet pulp pipes and slag discharge pipe to add clean water, and close the slag discharge valve after the air is exhausted. Open the sealing water to make its pressure 0.1-0.2MPa higher than the slurry feeding pressure.
3. Jog the grading screen motor to make the grading screen rotate for a short time. After confirming that there is no abnormality, it can be officially started. (Note not to reverse)
4. Start the grading sieve feeding pump and gradually adjust to the operating concentration.
5. Adjust the long and short fiber pulp outlet and slag outlet valves to the appropriate position.
